Photographer Assignment
We cannot guarantee a specific photographer for your shoot. Assignments are based on availability.

Turnaround Time:
Standard photos will be delivered the next business day. Additional edits (virtual staging, decluttering) may take longer. While we aim to meet this timeline, we are not liable for delays.

Reshoot Policy:
If you are dissatisfied with image quality, notify us within five (5) business days for a free reshoot. After this period, a new booking at full price is required.

Cancellations & Rescheduling:
24 hours' notice is required to avoid a cancellation fee. If we arrive and cannot complete the shoot due to lack of access or an unprepared property, a trip fee may apply.

Property Readiness:
Ensure the property is clean and staged before our arrival. Our photographers will not move furniture or stage the home.

Image Rights & Usage:
You receive non-exclusive rights for real estate marketing. Illuminate Agency Aus Pty Ltd retains ownership and may use the media for promotional purposes.
